• Nature has always been second nature to me. I’ve been skiing and mountain climbing since I was little. I climbed Mount Olympus for the first time in high school Monday.
  Since then I haven’t left a mountain or sea activity that I didn’t at least try. But I was more involved in mountaineering, especially in winter. I do downhill skiing as well as mountaineering. It was something I liked and enjoyed in most ski resorts in Greece and Europe.
• At the same time, and especially during the summer months, I also engaged in sport climbing. As a business administration student in Athens, I started diving. Since then I have developed quite a lot in this part and reached the top level of recreational diving as a rescue diver and nitrox blender with my own filling compressor and nitrox system. The love for the sea also brought me close to open sea sailing where I became a skipper and ran in three Ionian rallies with racing teams.
• Volunteering is also a great love. Since the foundation of the Hellenic Rescue Team of Laconia in 2006 and because of all my hobbies I joined and since then I have been one of the most active members. With many corresponding trainings such as the top first aid PHTLS I got to be a BLS level first aid instructor. In the wet element I have watched HELLO DUNKER, RESCUE 3 ANDVANCE while in the mountain element, winter mountain rescue, ski lift rescue etc. I am also certified by the Fire Service in forest firefighting.

All these years I have taken part in trainings and conferences on liquid element mountain rescue, earthquakes, rescues, etc. Over the years I have been involved in numerous rescue operations in every component and countless fire engagements with the team. All this engagement has made me enjoy the activities in nature and have an extra sense of safety of myself, participants and bystanders.
My resume is an additional reason to want to work professionally in the field of outdoor activities, since I believe that I can support it with respect for the process and their safe conduct, without losing part of the fun.
